Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of exolead, published by Alexandre Rastello, sole trader (SIREN 899 544 126), France. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Service description

exolead detects public engagement signals on LinkedIn (engagement with market content, reactions to the team's content, sector hiring), qualifies them against the workspace ICP and presents them as prioritized leads. exolead does not automate the sending of messages.

Account

The account is personal. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for the activities carried out from their account.

Acceptable use

The user agrees to use the service in accordance with applicable law and with the terms of third-party platforms, in particular LinkedIn. The user is responsible for how they use the data made available by the service.

Beta

The service is provided in a beta phase, "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Changes, limitations or interruptions may occur.

Third-party API keys (BYOK)

The user provides their own API keys (in particular Apify and Anthropic). The user is responsible for the associated costs and for complying with those providers' terms. exolead lets you set a daily spend cap.

Intellectual property

The service, its brand and its content remain the property of Alexandre Rastello (sole trader). Data and configurations entered by the user belong to the user.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alexandre Rastello (sole trader) shall not be liable for indirect damages nor for the use made of the data or of the messages sent by the user.

Termination

The user may stop using the service at any time. Alexandre Rastello (sole trader) may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
