  • Workspace: GTM configuration (ICP, personas, tracked accounts, keywords) and third-party API keys, encrypted at rest and never displayed in clear text.
  • Prospecting data: public LinkedIn profiles and their public interactions (likes, comments), collected according to the sources configured by the workspace.
  • Usage: technical logs required for operation and security.

  • Service-related communications: performance of the contract or legitimate interest.

Data about prospects

exolead processes data from public LinkedIn profiles on behalf of the workspace, on the basis of the legitimate interest in identifying relevant sales contacts. Data subjects have the rights described below and may object to the processing by writing to [email protected].

Processors and recipients

Depending on the workspace configuration, data may be processed by:

  • Railway: application and database hosting.
  • Apify: collection of public LinkedIn data, via the key provided by the workspace.
  • Anthropic: qualification and assisted drafting, via the key provided by the workspace.
  • OpenAI: website analysis during onboarding.
  • Resend: transactional emails (invitations).

Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then deleted or anonymized, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Rights
